What do you believe? We ask our neighbour, brother, aunt. What thoughts do you live by, what moral code? What did you learn at school? What are the stories you tell yourself when there’s no one else in the room? What do you know and where do you think you never know enough?
So many questions
And underneath everything
Why?
Why is the world the way it is? Your answer, different from mine and his and hers and theirs. Thoughts multiplying, faith diminishing. How do I logic my way out of this? How do I know what is right? Get clear on the details. Let your mind roam. Find your meaning. Create affirmations. Use mantras. Think positive. You have the world in your hands.
