The only way is up but first you need to get real. What is it you really want? What do you aspire to? You can make it happen but it will take hard work, determination and self discipline. Maybe you feel stuck in a rut. Set your mind to what needs to be done to get out of it. Manage yourself and your time. Don’t use guilt as a stick to beat yourself with. If you are overwhelmed, delegate. Facing things head on brings a sense of expansion. Each block you remove makes you stronger. Each piece of knowledge you learn can be tucked away for future reference. Question your conditioning. Think – whose rules are your living by? Step into your authority. Tune in to your inner wise man or woman for the answers.
