Sometimes it takes a strange, duff note to point out where we have been gradually falling out of tune with ourselves and the cosmos. Discordance is jarring but it wakes us up to what was wrong all along. Listen closely to your intuition. Pay attention to the rhythm of life around you. Be open to changing your tune.
Perhaps you feel like you’ve been hit by a curve ball. Just like a modern musical score, the Great Conductor can surprise us with unusual arias and weird refrains. It’s only when we hear the composition as a whole that we can appreciate the deviations. There is room for experimentation and difference. What seems unusual now may make sense later on. Suspend your judgement. Free yourself from mental chains that dictate how things ‘should’ be. Sometimes you have to break the pattern in order to progress.
