Sometimes, the first stage of healing involves pain. You may feel worn down by the process but keep chipping away at it. Diamonds are created under pressure. There is beauty hidden within challenging circumstances that is gradually being revealed. You may not be able to see it yet but watch for glimmers that hint at what is to come.
The hard edges of life fall away when you tune into your heart centre. Focus on what makes you feel secure. Be kind to yourself whilst you work through problems. Recognise that others too are experiencing similar issues in their own lives and what you see may not show you the whole picture. We are all a little rough around the edges at times. Work to understand your core values – they give you integrity and truth. The cure is love.
